BriefHarbor LLC 提供软件及约定的运营支持，不是律师事务所。法律判断、事实核实、文书批准与递交由负责律师及授权人员控制。本说明不替代双方服务合同或律师的专业责任。

BriefHarbor provides software and agreed operational support, not legal advice. Responsible attorneys and authorized staff control legal decisions, verification, approval and filing. This notice does not replace a signed service agreement or professional obligations.

数据与访问 / Data & access

注册时记录身份验证服务提供的用户标识与邮箱，以及您填写的律所资料。您在工作区上传或录入的案件、材料、任务及操作审计记录保存在本网站的托管数据库及对象存储。平台托管由 OpenAI Sites 提供，并使用其 Cloudflare 存储。文件仅经工作区访问控制读取，不提供公开文件目录。

Registration stores your authentication identifier, email and supplied firm information. Matters, documents, tasks and audit events are stored in this site's hosted database and object storage, provided through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Workspace permissions apply to document access; documents are not publicly listed.

请在律所完成服务、隐私、分包及数据处理审查并确认开通之前，不上传真实客户敏感材料。不要提交银行密码、API密钥或与服务无关的身份证明。现阶段未连接自动OCR、生成式AI、自动法院递交或自动邮件发送；记录某项操作的状态并不表示平台执行了该操作。

Do not upload sensitive client materials before your firm completes service, privacy, vendor and data-processing review and confirms activation. Do not provide bank passwords or API keys. Automated OCR, generative AI, court filing and email delivery are not connected at this stage. Recording an activity does not mean the platform performed it.

费用与邀请 / Fees & invitations

网站展示建议月费与年费；目前无自动扣费。任何付费、附加服务、续费和退款条件须先确认订单。受邀两个月减免及推荐奖励仅限核验通过的律所软件订阅，不与律师费或案件转介挂钩，受邀两个月与成功推荐一个月可以叠加、持续累计；同一新所不重复计奖。推荐奖励须首笔真实付款满30天、无退款或争议后核验入账。人工服务、第三方费用与税费不免。加购席位不自动扩大已确认的免费范围。

Displayed monthly and annual prices are proposed plans. No automatic charge occurs here. Payments, add-ons, renewal and refund terms require an agreed order. Invitation waivers and referral credits apply only to qualifying, verified firm software subscriptions, not legal fees or legal-client referrals.

控制与保留 / Control & retention

律所所有者可导出本所结构化资料，逐件下载原文件并撤销团队访问。停用不等于删除；数据删除、归还、法定保留、支持访问及事故通知需按双方数据处理约定执行。请勿将本产品作为唯一的法律期限日历或文件备份。确切保留周期与服务承诺必须在接收真实客户材料前写入合同。

Firm owners can export structured records, download documents and revoke team access. Deactivation is not deletion. Return, deletion, legal holds, support access and incident response are governed by the data-processing agreement. Do not use this product as your sole deadline calendar or backup. Retention periods and service commitments must be agreed before live client intake.
